Michael Barber

After decades in various roles across other fields, I joined up with Andrew in the mortgage universe and helped provide support as he established Pride Lending. Approaching the job from a unique perspective and a background as an LO before transitioning to a more operations-facing role, I can assist the team in a myriad of ways, while helping borrowers experience a seamless lending experience. As a student of the world I am always looking for more knowledge that can help me along the journey, and in turn individualize experiences for borrowers to best fit their needs.  Living in numerous states, and different styles of communities, lends to a perspective to see the good in each situation and understand the benefits and drawbacks for certain loan solutions, while being as inclusive as possible to everyone and providing for their needs.
